CROSSFIT VERSA

Versa is derived from the Latin "vertere" which means "to change" or "to turn". Here at CrossFit Versa, we are changing bodies, changing minds and changing lives... CrossFit VERSA is an award winning CrossFit facility located in Niagara Falls Ontario... Here at CrossFit Versa, you will see pull-up bars, barbells, weights, kettlebells, ropes, gymnastics rings, rowers, and sleds. There will not be any treadmills or weight machines! We use our large open space to squat, run, jump, climb, lift and throw. We do not do any movements in isolation (bicep curl, leg extension) because they are not functional for real life. We focus on developing movements that are necessary for our daily activities. CrossFit Versa places skill acquisition and technique at utmost importance! We need to properly learn and practice the movements and lifts in order to be safe and efficient.
