Charles Summers is the Vice President of Marketing and Demand Generation and leads to growing marketing and sales development teams at Humantelligence. Charles is focused on educating the market, growing the brand, and driving demand through various channels and technologies. Charles is a digital marketing and demand generation guru with expertise in high-growth SaaS organizations, If you ask Charles, "what do you enjoy doing?" He will tell you "building stuff". From his weekend blue-collar passion of flipping houses and building furniture to the digital marketing space, Charles brings a passion and dedication that will help HT grow and thrive. Before Humantelligence, Charles spent four years as an HR tech marketer, perfecting the craft of pipeline growth. Additionally, Charles spent time in his career as an award-winning property manager, a marketer for the YMCA, and even spend a short time working for the Green Bay Packers. Over the years, he has developed expertise in leading high growth teams, working with marketing technologies, and developing go to market strategies that he now brings to Humantelligence. Charles received an MBA with emphasis on Marketing from Texas A&M in Commerce, Tx. Additionally, Charles holds a BA in Marketing from Iowa State University. He now lives in Dallas, Tx.

Dan Jahns - VP of Sales

Dan joined Humantelligence as Vice President of Sales in December 2017 continuing his career in software sales that includes over ten years with Thomson Reuters and FactSet Research Systems (FDS) selling financial data to enterprise clients. At FDS Dan was the Global Account Manager for Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, two of FactSet's largest accounts, which represented over $15 million in Annual Subscription Value (ASV). Dan employed a SPIN selling approach to help him increase ASV by an average of $1.2 million annually over a five year period. Prior to joining Humantelligence Dan spent seven years in business development roles for several companies in the entertainment industry. Film and TV projects that he helped finance include Rush, directed by Ron Howard, Begin Again starring Keira Knightly and Mark Ruffalo, Syfy Channel's Wynonna Earp and Netflix's Orange is the New Black. Dan's career began in finance working for Morgan Stanley in Tokyo and Hong Kong and Goldman Sachs in New York City. Dan earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and an MA in International Management from the University of Pennsylvania's Lauder Institute. He is fluent in Japanese. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children. Dan is very outgoing and meets new people in a warm and socially assertive way. He has an ability to speak with poise and confidence to groups of any size.

Frantz is a member of the Board of Directors and SVP of Strategic Alliances. His key strengths are in strategy and in forging effective partnerships. Prior to joining the Humantelligence team, he served as a project leader in the European operations of Reebok International where he led the development of its restructuring plans. Prior to this, Frantz held operating positions with Procter & Gamble in the US and Latin America. Frantz has also worked in banking with Morgan Stanley and as a strategy consultant. Frantz Alphonse is Co-Founder and Sr. Managing Director of AP Capital Holdings (APCH). APCH has partnered with a spate of Fortune 500 companies to catalyze and create a new generation of the largest, most scalable, Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) in the history of the United States. He is also co-founder of AP Capital Partners, a private equity investment company. One of his company's major successes was in acquiring ZeroChaos which over 6 years grew from $60 million in gross revenue to over $1.3 billion. Frantz's companies collectively have employed thousands of individuals in over a dozen countries around the globe. Frantz is involved with organizations such as the Harvard Business School Club of Central Florida, the Duke University Alumni Association, The Prevent Cancer Foundation, and The Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is an avid triathlete. Frantz has spoken at Harvard Business School, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the Kellogg School at Northwestern University, and has appeared in various business publications. Frantz holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Frantz brings unique and creative ideas to the table. Joe Kennedy

Joe Kennedy has been helping fast-growing businesses reach the next level for decades, and now serves Humantelligence as VP of Finance and Controller. Most recently Joe was the Principal Consultant at SSR Programming LLC (dba www.QB-LA.com) where he managed and executed financial and accounting projects for dozens of middle-market and small business clients in the Internet, media, software, e-commerce, construction, contracting, professional services, insurance and many other industries. Joe was also CFO of U.S. operations for venerable TomsHardware.com, and assisted the company through a successful M&A deal in 2013. He also served in various positions at Weider Health and Fitness, Atlantic Computer Leasing, the CIT Business Equipment Financing Group, McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) Automation Company, Westinghouse Electric and Chase Manhattan Bank. Juan Luis Betancourt - CEO

Juan is the CEO of Humantelligence. His experience in human capital advising was developed while a partner at Korn/Ferry International and Heidrick & Struggles. Previously, he had a global career as a general manager (US, France, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Dubai). He also worked at Siebel Systems (now Oracle) and at Procter & Gamble, in both the US and Latin America. While at Puma, AG, as Chief Marketing Officer & Strategy Officer based in Germany, he was responsible for re-launching the Puma sports brand globally. Prior to his executive search career, Juan Luis was a senior-level executive in global, world-class retail and consumer companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Reebok, Puma, and Decathlon (part of the Auchan Group). While Head of Strategy & Global Brand Management at Puma in Germany, Juan Luis re-launched the previously bankrupt Puma brand worldwide, helping to re-enter the US market, Latin America, and repositioning the brand across the globe, helping Puma achieve one of the most successful consumer brand turnarounds in the past 20 years. While in the retail industry, Juan was CEO of the US division of Décathlon, the world's largest sports retailer and second-largest sporting goods manufacturer, as well as being a member of the executive operating committee board, directly overseeing global initiatives that impacted retail operations, product ranges, IT, human resources, merchandising, expansion, real estate, logistics and the supply chain for a $15 billion, 70,000 employees global retail group. Juan Luis brings to Humantelligence technology/software experience from his time working in business development alliances for Siebel Systems (now Oracle), early on as Tom Siebel defined and led the CRM (customer relationship management) software revolution. During these 25+ years of experience, Juan Luis has worked for 15 years across Europe (Germany, France) and Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico), as well as in the United States. Juan Luis received an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA in International Management from The Lauder Institute, both from The University of Pennsylvania. He also received a bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard University. Juan Luis is a board member of the Miami Theatre Center (MTC), bringing leading theatre performances, training, and culture to the community of South Florida. Kerry Leidich is a Co-Founder of Humantelligence and has been instrumental in forming and executing the company's business strategies and in developing Humantelligence products and business solutions. Kerry is currently focused on the sales and successful implementation of Humantelligence software for clients worldwide. Early in his career Kerry developed a passion for employee empowerment and for the engagement of people working on the front lines. He led the development of bleeding-edge solutions for enterprise employee engagement measurement, including new processes and technologies during the early years of the Internet and World Wide Web. During that time Kerry was also a key contributor to the book, Work Culture, Organizational Performance, and Business Success: Measurement and Management. Prior to joining the founding team at Humantelligence, Kerry worked for Hay Group, a preeminent global management consulting firm that helps organizations to develop and motivate their talent. Kerry held several leadership positions during his nearly 15-year tenure, including regional leader for the firm's employee engagement practice and regional head of strategic client development. Kerry holds a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Psychology from UCLA. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his three teenage boys and his loyal terrier mix/thought partner, Choco. Kerry follows a deep personal sense of direction, and challenges existing methods. He can suggest new ways of doing things for increased effectiveness. Pedro helps to create, develop and nurture the sound legal structures and strategic relationships that his clients need to ensure the growth and success of their business ideas. Pedro is a member of the Community Advisory Board of the Cuban Research Institute in Miami, Florida and a board member and legal advisor to the Rhythm Foundation (rhythmfoundation.com), one of the foremost presenters of world music in the United States. Pedro earned a bachelor's degree in International Relations and English Literature from Florida International University and a law degree at the University of Miami School of Law.
