I am an individual with over 30 years in the Information Technology Industry. My focus has been with Data Center systems and architecture, with a specialty in hardware and software virtualization for large enterprise deployment, management, and maintenance... Part of my journey was to go to client sites to deploy various technological components. This would include documenting designs and providing a build book to aid in training and troubleshooting. The engagements would also include a 3 to 5 days on-site training seminar where I would train the organization's IT personnel on the various technologies that I architected and deployed... Through the several years of on-the-job training that I provided to coworkers and clients, I naturally gravitated to Learning Theory, which included the principles of educational design and delivery.
