David Kahn

David Kahn is a nine-time award-winning author with Macmillan and YMAA Press, translating his works into Spanish, Chinese, German, and Polish. He has been a featured contributor in more than two dozen national publications, including The New Yorker, New York Times, New York Magazine, LA Times, Washington Post, Men's Vogue, GQ, Details and many more. As an entrepreneur and innovator, he is an influencer with several hundred thousand followers. Before becoming a principal in Princeton Technology Holding Partners, LLC, David worked as an Underwriting Director for AIG's eBusiness Risk Solutions. David is working with DataCoining's partner PrivacyChain further to develop several vertical market silos for its cutting-edge technology. David earned his undergraduate AB degree cum laude from Princeton University and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Harry Brener

Harry Brener was the founding partner of one of New Jersey's largest law firms, Brener, Wallack, and Hill, LLP, with a specialization in corporate securities law. Harry purchased a medical device manufacturing firm, Cabot Medical Corp., and took it public. Upon retiring from law, Harry founded Technology Management & Funding recruiting Merrill Lynch as a minority investor. TMF, with thirty portfolio companies, developed an array of technologies ranging from early battery science carbon-fiber technology and into the computer revolution. Recognizing that vast amounts of data harvested by the major social network companies were not compensating consumers, Harry became focused on the data commercialization space and created Data Coining LLC, now doing business as DC. Harry earned his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from Rutgers University.

Justice Mitchell

Justice Mitchell is a branding and marketing specialist with over thirty years of experience. He has worked with countless start-ups, digital agencies, and globally recognized brands such as (but not limited to) Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Carrabba's Italian Grill, McGraw Hill, Audi, Harley-Davidson, Van Gogh Vodka, and United State Marine Corps. Justice has developed, launched, and brought brands, products, and entertainment concepts such as podcasts and serialized video programming to market. A graduate of the Ringling College of Art & Design, Mitchell is an active writer/blogger and influencer and was previously ranked in the top 100 subject matter experts for content marketing.

Martin Jennings

Martin Jennings, Esq. has his own private practice concentrating in the areas of commercial financial transactions, real estate, corporate law, business law, estate and trusts, tax, contract law, general commercial litigation and employment law. Before entering the legal profession, Martin worked as a certified public accountant with the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse in New York City, New York for three (3) years from 1978 through 1981 and was promoted to senior accountant responsible for conducting the day to day audit review of Fortune 500 organizations.

Sorat Tungkasiri

Sorat Tungkasiri is a serial entrepreneur. He has successfully participated in raising multiple rounds of seed funding totaling some $100M to launch various companies focused on online education platforms (artificial intelligence), virtual reality (3D glasses), data analytics (machine learning), and blockchain technologies (Ethereum, HyperLedger, and NFT). Sorat is currently employed by Princeton University, where he heads the University's Digital Learning Lab. Sorat holds an undergraduate degree in 3D Animation from Rhode Island School of Design and a master's degree in Instructional Technology and Media from Columbia University.
