Sling Master and Owner, Richard Clos, developed the PentaSteam Decal Removal System and we have become one of the nations leading decal removal companies... CC Signs & Specialties, LLC, a S.E. Michigan based company, entered the signmaking market in 1991 with the production & installation of neon, backlit, wood, plastic and vinyl fleet graphics. In 1993 we began testing steam for decal removal in an effort to overcome a very challenging fleet conversion project. Due to the remarkable results, we have continued to utilize steam and develop the steam removal process and steam removal systems.
