Our goal is to empower young people ages 12-18 to transform the world through their actions and voices... DeFined Empowerment's purpose is to serve underrepresented young people ages 12-18 of underserved, disadvantaged communities; particularly, young men of color not desiring post-secondary education. DeFined Empowerment will provide opportunities for economic development. We will build a generation of people with the tenacity to change the trajectory of their lives and that of their families through job training, apprenticeship, and life skills.
