Brett Jenkins

Job Titles:

Born and Raised in Anniston, AL. I started my career at the Bread Box Bakery. I fell in love with cooking there. I did not go to culinary school but instead grew up in the kitchen with Mom (Linda) and Grandmother (Margaret) who has worked in kitchens in multiple states (6). She loves taking ingredients from around the nation while putting a classic southern touch on them. I am currently the owner of NOLA and Harp & Clover in Gadsden and the new Co-Owner/Executive Chef at Coldwater Mountain Brewpub.
