East Coast Exceptional Flooring was founded in 2002 in the New York Metro area and migrated to South Florida in 2012. We realized after starting our operations in Florida, that the quality of the installations was shoddy in most commercial and residential facilities due to slick sales and a fast job mentality. There was no consideration being given to quality and workmanship. A major flooring failure was caused by the high moisture content in the subfloors that was not even being considered by many installers... Over the years, we have built solid relationships with our customers who give us much of our repeat business. We also work with general contractors, and interior designers to design floor coverings that are unique in style and durable.
