Elk River Development is a family-owned and operated contractor serving both individual homebuyers and commercial developers in the mid-Atlantic region. Our more than 40 years in the business started in commercial construction and large government contracts, and later expanded into residential neighborhoods and individual homes. We maintain a balance of work both in our commercial/Federal contracts and our Residential Construction and development work. Although the project teams are different with unique and highly specialized talents, the family ownership and management will always maintain the highest standards of quality...
