Ahmed I. Yakasai - Chairman

Yakasai is the founder of Multiplus Consulting, Pharmaplus Nigeria Limited, Multiplus Resources Limited, Nigeria Pakistan Investment Forum, and Ahmed Yakasai Community Service Award. He has held several positions in the public and private sectors. Besides, he is a Trustee/Director, Institute of Logistics Management of Nigeria, Trustee, Howard University Global Initiative of Nigeria, Deputy National Director, Nigerian Institute on Substance Abuse, Trustee, Society for Family Health (SFH), Board Member and External Examiner, Pharmacists Council of Nigeria and Trustee/Chairman Yakasai Zumunta - an NGO in Kano State, among others too numerous to mention. He is also the past chairman of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria. He is a 2020 graduand of the prestigious NIPPS, Kuru. As an accomplished pharmacist and independent consultant with over 30 years of experience in different sectors of the economy, he has authored and presented papers at local, national, and international forums. Ahmed bagged a degree in Pharmacy from Ahmadu Bello University in 1983. He holds a Masters degree in International Marketing from University of Salford, Manchester, UK. He has also taken certificate courses in leasing and entrepreneurship.

Ken Ofulue

Ken Ofulue is the Managing Partner of Iroko Capital, a principal investment and asset management firm with the primary responsibility of day-to-day management of the firm and leading the strategic growth initiatives of its principal assets in healthcare and agriculture as well as the advisory efforts. Prior to Iroko, he was one of two Partners that founded Rembrandt Advisory and its successor companies. At Rembrandt Advisory, he was responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm and the development of client relationships. He led the advisory effort in the privatization sale of a major government asset, and the strategic restructuring of a major savings and loan entity among others. Ken started his professional career at Ernst & Young world energy center in Houston with focus on the Oil & Gas, and broader energy sector including power and petrochemical industries. He led transaction support teams in multiple divestitures of onshore oil and gas properties of one of the world's largest energy company over a two year period as part of larger effort to restructure operation in line with the new business strategy. As a senior manager at Ernst & Young, his client portfolio included Amareda Hess Corporation, Koch Industries, BP and National Oilwell/Varco. Ken holds a B.Sc. Actuarial Science & Insurance from University of Lagos and M.Sc. From the University of Houston and is a US Certified Public Accountant

Onyeka Onyeibor founded Miral Pharm in 2012 with other partners and investors. In 2018, Miral alongside its technical and financial partners acquired the assets of Evans Medical PLC (one of the four pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in Nigeria with WHO prequalification) and subsequently changed its name to Evans Baroque Ltd. Prior to founding Miral, he was the Deputy Managing Director of Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries. From a single company, operating only in Nigeria in 2006, Emzor became under his leadership a group of 6 companies with presence in Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ghana, and India. Onyeka holds a Bachelors of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nigeria and a Master's degree in drug design and development from the University of Bradford, UK.

Sylvester Ofulue

Sylvester is the Managing Director/CEO of Atlantic Fluids & Integrated Services (AFIS), a wholly Nigerian-owned company that began operation in 2007. Sylvester has over 20 years of active experience in drilling engineering, working for Shell Nigeria. Prior to AFIS, he worked as the Principal Drilling Engineer, at Shell Petroleum Development Company in Nigeria, where he was responsible for the planning and execution of wells, as well as lowering the Non-productive Times for the rigs by exceptional planning of activities, and interfacing with Subsurface, logistics and engineering teams. He was also actively involved in the deployment of SPDC's first Open-Hole horizontal gravel pack and longest ESS(1500ft). Sylvester currently sits on the board of PSI Securities Ltd Sylvester holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Ilorin.
