At the beginning of 2020, she decided to transition to the mortgage side of the business and has not looked back! She loves working with potential and current homeowners and strives to offer guidance and support throughout the mortgage process. In addition, her background in banking and insurance sales lends her the ability to look at each transaction in a unique way to serve her customers' needs best. With strong attention to detail, she is committed to ensuring each customer is at ease and secure, knowing that their best interests will always be our top priority.

Michael Guest is the Regional Account Representative with 25 years of mortgage experience. Michael is a native of Louisiana from Lake Charles, and he attended The University of Alabama and currently resides in Baton Rouge. For the past 25 years, he has specialized in residential mortgage lending and strived to make the home financing experience stress-free for clients and referral partners. In the past few years, Michael has shifted his attention to supporting community banks and credit unions in their mortgage origination channels as an Account Executive. His combination of mortgage knowledge, positive attitude, and raw energy is vastly beneficial in supporting the Eustis Bank Partners channel. His team is committed to helping our Bank Partner maximize their goals and provide customer service to reflect a positive image and reputation for each institution and client he serves. On a personal note, Michael is thankful for a wonderful wife of 21 years and his two sons.

Shannon is a lifelong resident of NOLA and has been in the banking for over 25 years. Being a Banker for the majority of her career, she has worked in many different roles throughout the process giving her a broad foundation of banking. She found her true calling when she became a mortgage loan officer, as serving her customers and helping them navigate through the financing process is what she loves most. Shannon's experience as a Banker allows her to successfully work with bank clients and Bankers. She understands the importance of building relationships and cultivating customer retention. She is happy to help a first-time home buyer, second home buyer, or saving someone money on a refinance! She loves being a part of making dreams come true and works closely with Bankers to help the borrower succeed in their financial planning! She is also active for the past 10+ years with the nonprofit Hogs for the Cause. She is married with four children, and during her down time they enjoy going on vacations and watching football together.
