Anthony (Tony) Fabiano

Anthony (Tony) Fabiano was one of the founding members of Fabiano & Tax Associates in 1981. His hard work and dedication to providing tax services to the residents of the Kenai Peninsula helped grow the business into what it is today. In May of 2021, Tony retired and his son, John Fabiano, transitioned to take care of the business and serving the community.

Antonio Monterrosa

As a six-year veteran Senior Tax Analyst, Antonio enters the 2024 tax season with Fabiano & Tax Associates eager to please with his tax expertise. Having earned 2024 IRS Annual Filing Season Program certification, Antonio is up-to-date on the latest tax law changes that affect clients' businesses and retirement accounts. Like shooting laser beams from his eyes, Antonio is bursting to unleash new, exciting, and perfectly legal tax-avoidance strategies to save clients' money from the clutches of Uncle Sam so these dollars can instead be spent on more noble endeavors like monster truck show tickets and Cheetos variety packs. Antonio takes pride in being fastidiously organized and leaving no loose threads. Clients' results, as well as clients' opinions of Antonio's honesty, integrity, empathy, and fulfillment of fiduciary duty are paramount. Whenever legally possible, Antonio strives for value, going all-out to save his clients many more dollars than clients pay him for his services. Antonio lives in Anchorage, Alaska with his lovely wife Willow and three kids who sometimes stop by to eat and say hi. Antonio's turn-offs include kitchen surfaces coated with crumbs, grease, loose hairs, and sticky fingerprints. Antonio's turn-ons include three-car garages and eating five desserts just before bedtime. His favorite movie scene is a tie between the job interview with Pam in Step Brothers, and Rob Lowe's shirt being sucked off his body in Tommy Boy.

John Fabiano

John has been working with tax clients for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, in Flagstaff, Arizona, with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a certificate in Corporate Finance. He holds a current CPA license in the State of Alaska. John's experience began while in college working for H&R Block. Soon after graduating, he began his career as a financial statement auditor for KPMG, LLP, one of the premier accounting firms in the world. During his time with KPMG, he worked with a number of different clientele in a variety of industries. John's background and understanding of business operations comes from working in the private sector as Vice President of Administration for Gourmet Ventures, for the past 17 years. His responsibilities include daily oversight of all financial and business aspects relating to the companies, including but not limited to, accounting, human resources, insurance, workers compensation issues, asset management and interfacing with the companies outside CPA firm and banking relationships.
