Alexis Castellani

Alexis Castellani is the Associate Director of Global Security Strategic Initiatives at Wayfair where she leads physical security for Wayfair's retail stores, global investigations, and specialty programs. Prior to Wayfair, Mrs. Castellani led Strategic Initiatives for Citi's Online and Mobile Banking Fraud Policy Group and the Fraud Fusion Center's Intelligence Manager, where she developed and implemented an intelligence program that proactively addressed emerging cyber-enabled fraud threats and evolving fraudster tactics. Before joining Citi, Mrs. Castellani was an Intelligence Analyst with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, most recently embedded with the Joint Terrorism Task Force in Philadelphia where she developed a Countering Violent Extremism Program, educating nearly 1,000 law enforcement personnel, private sector partners, and community organizations. During her time with the FBI, Mrs. Castellani specialized in counterterrorism matters, specifically terrorist communications and terrorist use of the internet, and completed assignments in Kampala, Uganda and Athens, Greece.

Amy Sareeram

Amy Sareeram is a Leadership and Change Management Coach, where she develops future and current leaders and leads organizations through strategic and culture change. Previously, she served as an Intelligence Analyst in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, departing as a Deputy Assistant Director for Intelligence. While at the FBI, she served as the first Senior Supervisory Intelligence Analyst in the New York Field Office, first Chief of Staff for the Intelligence Branch, and completed her joint duty at the National Counterterrorism Center. Before joining the FBI, she supported the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. She received her bachelor's degree from Bradley University and graduate degree from George Washington University, both in international studies. She holds an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Denny Hatton

Denny Hatton currently serves as the Global Head of Strategic Analysis and Collection Management at Citibank. Prior to joining the private sector, Denny had over 25 years experience in the law enforcement, intelligence community, and military worlds. Denny served 14 years in the FBI as an Intelligence Analyst, with positions as a Senior Supervisory Intelligence Analyst in New Haven; Unit Chief at the Directorate of Intelligence; instructor at the FBI Academy, and Supervisory Intelligence Analyst in the New York and Washington Field Offices. Prior to the FBI, Denny served nine years as an Intelligence Analyst with the Department of Defense, with tours at NORAD/US Northern Command, and the American Embassies in Mexico City and Bogota. Denny was also an active duty United States Coast Guard officer, having graduated from the Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor's in Government/National Security Policy. He looks forward to enhancing private sector/FBI Intelligence collaboration.

Janet Rathod - President

Janet Rathod currently serves as the Global Head of Cyber Threat Intelligence at Citigroup Inc. where she leads cyber intelligence collection, analysis, brand protection and partner engagement efforts across multiple global teams. She also serves as a liaison to the U.S. Intelligence Community. Janet is a member of the Board of Directors for the Intelligence National Security Alliance (INSA). Prior to Citi, Janet served as Senior Director, Cyber Operations and Intelligence at Capital One Financial Corporation where she led Log Management, Perimeter Defense, Anti Money Laundering reporting, Third Party Intelligence Assessments, Highly Sensitive Document controls, and Cyber Fraud. Janet served for 16 years in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and was a member of the Senior Executive Service.

Luke Wilson

Luke Wilson is the Vice President of Operations and Partnerships at CountCraft Security Inc. Prior to joining CounterCraft Security Inc, Luke was an Intelligence Analyst employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigations within the Counterterrorism and Cyber Division for over nine years. While in the cyber division Luke constructed the first inter-agency task force to investigate the illicit uses of virtual currency and trace illicit proceeds connected to cyber crime. Luke has advised the U.S. government and regulators on nation-state cybersecurity threats. While employed at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, he integrated, coordinated, and shared investigative techniques, tactics, and procedures throughout the United States Intelligence Community.

Misty Carolan - Treasurer

Misty Carolan currently serves as a Senior Leader at Amazon Web Services, focused on vulnerability management, policy, and compliance. Prior to joining AWS, Misty led the Cyber Fraud Intelligence Program at Capital One with a mission to integrate tactical analysis, intelligence fusion, and anti-money laundering efforts to fight cyber-enabled fraud. Misty spent 12 years as an Intelligence Analyst with the FBI in Minneapolis, Miami, St. Louis, Afghanistan, and FBI HQ. She served as the Chief of the Field Intelligence Management Unit, overseeing the intelligence programs for 56 Field Offices. Misty also served in the Army National Guard, where she was assigned to military intelligence roles and served as the full-time Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Officer for the states of Oregon and Minnesota.

Robert Gummer - COO

Robert Gummer is the current Director of Intelligence Operations and the Global Security Operations Center for the National Football League and has served in that role since December 2018. He has 23 years' experience in the intelligence field; having served 8 years in the U.S. Army, and continued to support the DoD for four years as an intelligence instructor. Prior to his current position, he was an FBI analyst for ten years, serving in a variety of roles to include Supervisory Intelligence Analyst, Assistant Section Chief, and Senior National Intelligence Officer of Science and Technology.

Rupal Kharod

Rupal Kharod is a Senior Manager of Cyber Operations at Capital One, working on identifying and mitigating threats arising from technical and human factors. Prior to this role, she was a Manager tasked with highlighting risks to cyber, corporate, and physical security arising from geopolitical factors impacting third-party vendors. Before joining Capital One, Rupal served as an FBI Intelligence Analyst for nine years. She worked on national security matters and served as a subject matter expert in communications tradecraft, mobile messaging applications, emerging technologies, and critical incident response. Rupal also was a certified adjunct instructor for the FBI, teaching overseas and speaking at conferences at the request of the Department of Justice, International Law Enforcement Academy, United Nations, and LEGAT partners.
