I founded Find Solid Ground Coaching to help women get things done, transform their lives and be happy! As women we haven't exactly been taught to think about ourselves, to be empowered or to be self-sufficient. If you're like me, you've been conditioned to adapt, assist and appease, and now it's time to stand up and step out. I want to help you find your path forward. I use a process of clarifying, inspiring and motivating you to achieve your goals... I believe that women can be empowered and feel the satisfaction of making their own decisions about their money, their body and their life. I feel a shift happening in the world, and women are at the heart of it. We are questioning old norms and pushing the boundaries of our traditional position in the world. No longer satisfied with the roles we were born and conditioned into, we are dreaming of possibilities and how we might expand into them from our true nature; beautiful, brilliant and badass!
