We are the first Chilean company specialised in TRS -Transformation & Restructuring Services. Fix Partners Advisors designs and executes concrete action plans to recover the profitability and sustainability of its clients in the short term.
Andrés joined Fix Partners in February 2024 as a Analyst Consultant.
During his last year of studies he specialized in finance, developing a strong interest in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and investments in alternative assets.
Andrés has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, where he graduated with honors.

Christian is an expert in marketing, sales, strategy and business development. He has extensive international management experience in Fortune 500 companies: Marketing Director at the Royal Philips Electronics headquarters in the Netherlands, Innovation and Business Development Manager for the Telefónica group in Chile, Senior Consultant at ZS Associates in the USA, Assistant to Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Sales at Sara Lee Corporation in the US and Consumer Insight Manager at The Coca-Cola Company in Chile Christian is a professor of different courses on marketing, project evaluation and business strategy at the level of MBA, executive education and undergraduate at the University of Chile.
He is also the author of the textbook "Project Evaluation: An Integrated Approach."
Christian is an Industrial Civil Engineer and a Master in Industrial Engineering with a major in Economics from the University of Chile (both with maximum distinction), and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management University, USA.

is the founding partner of Fix Partners Advisors. Mr. Solís has led the growth of the company since its founding in 2015 in Santiago de Chile. The company has expanded its services including; management consulting, turnaround consulting, analytics and artificial intelligence, performance improvement. Mr. Solís works together with his team to position Fix Partners as a leading professional services company in Latin America.
Mr. Solis´s passion is helping companies, especially those facing unique and challenging situations. Through a deep understanding of client needs, Mr. Solís seeks to deliver and execute strong recommendations that generate a positive impact in the short term and achieve sustainable growth for his clients.
Mr. Solís actively participates in Boards of Directors, trade associations, and academic activities. Mr. Solís is a finance professor at the Universities of Chile, Adolfo Ibañez, and ESE Business School. He has written several academic business cases.
Mr. Solís is president of TMA Chile, associated to TMA (Turnaround Management Association), a leading association of professionals related to the world of insolvency, restructuring and distressed. Mr. Solís has led several reorganization processes (Chapter 11) in Chile.
Mr. Solís obtained his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Chile (highest distinction) in 1995, and his MBA from the Ross Business School of the University of Michigan in 2004.

Felipe López is a consultant at Fix Partners since 2021. Prior to joining, he participated in the First Gen program at PepsiCo in the sales area.
He has three years of experience in strategy and operations consulting. He has experience in turnaround, operational efficiency, cost reduction, industry sizing, organizational design and sales incentive system projects in consumer goods, fashion retail, agribusiness, education and legal services industries.

During his undergraduate and postgraduate studies, he was an assistant teacher in the areas of people and organizations, management, and business processes.

José Antonio joined Fix Partners in October 2022 as a Consultant
During his college time, he stood out for his excellent academic performance, as well as for his participation in different social and educational projects. His entrepreneurial skills took shape in the foundation of a pre-university in 2018.
José Antonio has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the Universidad Catolica de Chile, and has a special interest in Finance and Business Management.

Julio Riutort is an expert in corporate finance and economic analysis. Julio is an Economist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, a Ph.D. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, and a Master in Business Law (LLM) from Adolfo Ibáñez University. This background enriches his pragmatic insights as a consultant and expert witness.
Mr. Lekanda is an industrial civil engineer with amention in chemistry from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He also has a Master of Science in Engineering from the same university and an MBA from the University of Chile and the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, New Orleans, USA.
With more than twenty years of experience in the consumer goods, mining, industrial, construction, and transportation sectors. He has worked in planning, management control,operations, sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and projects.
His main focus is the value generation of businesses based on the redesign and optimization of processes, the installation of effective management models, and the empowerment of teams.
Sebastián has strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, planning, leadership, and teamwork.
Mr. Janer holds an Industrial Civil Engineering and master's in industrial civil engineering degree from the University of Chile, both approved with Maximum Distinction. Mr. Janer has more than 25 years of successful experience in management, control, optimization, value creation, business generation, project evaluation, financial management, corporate governance, and M&A of companies. He supervised more than 50 companies in Chile and other countries linked to mining and energy.He has held positions as Director, General Manager and Finance Manager of several companies linked to mining, energy, family office, among others.Great ability to address complex issues, integrate multidisciplinary teams, optimize partnerships and solve corporate problems.He is currently a professor at the University of Chile, in the MBA for Mining program.
