Crystal began her escrow career in 2003. As a detailed oriented Jr. Escrow officer she is committed to working hard and has been dedicating herself to handling escrows not only professionally but with a personal touch. She has a reputation of going above and beyond the call of duty.
Crystal has worked for independent escrows as well as title companies. She is experienced in resale, refinance, REO, short sale, FHA and VA escrows. Crystal believes that all transactions are important and strives to provide her clients with the highest level of service.

In the business since 1995, Meri opened her own Escrow company in 2006 because of her passion to help people during the oh so challenging escrow process. Her extensive expertise in Real Estate, Escrow and Title has brought more and more clients in, and now Focus Escrow has become one of most prominent Escrows in town. Tracy's career in the escrow industry began in 1987 as an Escrow Assistant where she quickly rose up through the ranks becoming an Escrow Officer. Tracy brings a wealth of experience to her position as an Escrow officer, providing clients with a wellspring of knowledge that is well-served managing complex transactions and all manner of escrow dealings. Tracy has committed herself to becoming a skilled Escrow officer who is known for her meticulous attention to detail and professionalism. Over the years, her superior organizational skills, calm, efficiency and warm manner have led to a loyal base of Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Banks and clients.
Tracy handles all types of transactions including residential sales, refinance, commercial, REO and of course her specialty short sales. Being in the business for as long as she has provides the necessary skills needed to handle the toughest of short sales.
