Francesca, Enza and Frank, the heart and soul of Frankie's Italian Deli in Tampa, Florida, come from a long line of passionate foodies whose roots trace back to growing up on Long Island, New York, and even further to Italy. Her family has always held onto their Sicilian traditions that make their culinary creations special, bringing flavors that are both authentic and comforting. Growing up in a bustling kitchen surrounded by the aromas of fresh basil, garlic, and simmering tomato sauce, Francesca learned the secrets of authentic Italian cooking from her Nonna Angela, who immigrated from Italy. The recipes passed down through generations have not only shaped her skills but have also inspired her to share a taste of her heritage with the Tampa Bay area.
