With a passion for learning and development, our Managing Director and founding owner has numerous qualifications, including an MBA. Her career portfolio includes experience in finance, projects, and business management within corporate, parastatal and government entities. Previously a member and a part of the 2022 Future Females Business School GreenTech cohort, Claire believes in continuous learning & development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Her focus is on human capital development, and she drives the training & development initiatives with the intention of establishing a footprint for GabEx within the energy sector. Applying a collaborative approach, she assists with the analysis of training needs and developing training content customised to the client's specific requirements.
