Steve McDearmon earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticultural Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. For 6 years he worked for a large and very well respected landscape company where he literally started from the ground up working as a laborer. He then worked his way up the ladder holding various positions from irrigation troubleshooting foreman to cost estimating to custom residential installation manager and finally to management of a large commercial maintenance portfolio.
During his tenure there he worked in just about every facet of the landscape industry and also earned his Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) certificate from the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA).
