I design experiences based on real encounters with people. I love mixing different research methods to make sense of complex issues and show you what works, what doesn't, and what your users want. Through my master's degree in UX and Information Science at the University of Toronto I learned the power of empathy and design thinking. My undergrad background in Biology allowed me to see the world through a methodical and practical lens... UX research is an iterative process, just like UX design. My goal is to inspire my team at every stage of the product lifecycle with the voices of users and desk research. I believe using various UX research strategies at different design stages will help the team to stay on track and stay faithful to their users... I'm a UX designer. I'm passionate about creating usable digital products. I have worked with incredibly talented people across different companies.
