Joe Biel was born in Hammond, Indiana in January 1960. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Valparaiso University in 1982 and M.S. in Management from Purdue University Calumet in 1984. Joe graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1987. Joe was admitted to the Indiana and Illinois Bars in 1987. He is a member of the Lake County, Indiana Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois Creditors' Bar Association.
Mr. Biel's practice focuses on consumer law and debtor and creditor practice in Indiana and Illinois.

Lee Lane was born in Chicago, Illinois in March 1964. She earned a B.A. from the University of Denver in 1985 and an M.A. from North Park Theological Seminary in 1990. She graduated cum laude from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2004. Lee was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2005 after completing a one year tour of duty in Iraq as a helicopter pilot with the Illinois Army National Guard. She is a member of the Lake County, Porter County, Indiana State and American Bar Associations.
Ms. Lane's practice focuses on real estate and business law, including real estate finance, commercial banking, business transactions, zoning, land use, and municipal law.
Seth Buitendorp was born in Grand Haven, Michigan in July 1974. He earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1998 and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2001. He was admitted to the Wisconsin bar in 2001 and to the Indiana bar in 2002. He is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, Lake County Bar, Porter County Bar, Commercial Law League and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Mr. Buitendorp's practice focuses on bankruptcy, banks and banking, commercial law, consumer law, and debtor and creditor.
