Andrew has extensive experience in start-up organisations having been the founding Managing Director of his own successful business in Brisbane "Urbane Restaurant". Andrew has held senior leadership roles within Cushman and Wakefield in commercial property and COO at First Express Couriers Group one of Queensland Largest Privately-Owned Logistic Companies. Andrew is currently a founding director of Glendower Asset Management and holds a Master of Business Administration from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.

Angus Harvey Ross

Angus contributes over 30 years of experience in the Commercial and Corporate Real Estate sector, supporting organisations with well-researched and non-conflicted advice to manage their occupation and real estate assets. He became a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Valuers in 1998, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1991 and is a past State President of the Queensland Division of the Property Council of Australia. Most recently Angus was the Australia and New Zealand Managing Director Cushman and Wakefield Global Corporate Services. Currently he is Principal of Harvey Ross Consulting.

Daniel Edwin McGrath has extensive experience in management positions in the financial and legal services sector, having worked as a solicitor for major international law firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Shearman and Stirling LLP. Daniel was also Senior Legal Counsel for Challenger Financial Services Group Ltd (ASX Code CGF), and advised on acquisitions and divestments for the Debt, Real Estate, and Infrastructure investment teams. He has represented banks, credit funds, private equity firms and global corporations. Daniel is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Asset Finance Limited, a New Zealand-based Non-Bank Deposit Taker financial institution regulated by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. In this role he is responsible for overseeing and implementing the company's regulatory capital and liquidity ratio compliance, credit risk management policies, responsible lending and AML/CFT practices, and investor relations.

Dr Annabel McGuire

Annabel has over 20 years' experience working with and for various Government, not-for-profit and institutional clients in both a full-time and voluntary capacity. She has extensive experience as a Project Director on major research programs as well as in leadership roles with complex integrated teams and diverse stakeholders. Annabel has considerable strengths in leading strategic and operational-level planning and providing risk management, change management, policy development and in marketing and business development at the program level. Annabel has designed and run major research projects across various disciplines culminating in the delivery of high-profile reports and presentations for a variety of clients such as Federal Government, international research centres, universities, and Defence and Defence-related agencies both nationally and internationally. Annabel is a member of the Board of Directors for Legacy QLD.

James Matthew Creagh - Chairman

James is an Australian qualified Solicitor with over 47 years experience as a commercial lawyer. He is presently a Consultant to Creagh Weightman Lawyers, a boutique commercial law firm in Brisbane, which he co-founded in 1998 having previously been a Senior Partner in national law firm Phillips Fox (now DLA Piper). During his career, James has practiced extensively in the corporate area and has considerable experience in advising companies on capital raisings, initial public offerings, and ASX listings. He is also an experienced company director, with a detailed understanding of corporate governance issues. James was a co-founder of the ASX listed Cromwell Property Group (CMW) where he was legal counsel responsible for the establishment of the Group's Responsible Entity and various Property and Mortgage Trusts, overseeing all capital raisings and having responsibility for corporate governance and compliance of the Group. He occupies the position of Executive Chairman of the Manager, sits on the Credit Committee and is responsible for corporate governance and regulatory compliance. James holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services. He is a trustee of the University of Queensland Rugby Union Foundation Trust.

Former Managing Partner at Ernst and Young, Neil has been Chairman for the Bank of QLD as well as the Motorama Group. Neil is currently the Chairman of the Australian Property Growth Trust, an extremely successful unlisted property fund that has established over 23 unlisted property funds over the past 24 years.

Richard Wheeler

Prior to commencing at Deloitte Richard spent 9 years as a Partner in a leading mid-tier firm, most recently leading its Business Advisory Practice, and working with clients across a broad range of sectors and markets, including Agriculture, Technology, Tourism and Transportation and Mining Services. Beyond taxation Richard has a passion for strategy, talent management and leadership, and has worked extensively with established businesses, professional services firms and start-ups in the development strategy and executive talent management frameworks.

Rick Dennis

Rick Dennis retired from Ernst and Young after 34 years with the group in Australia and Asia-Pacific. During that period, he was Queensland Managing Partner for 9 years, CFO and Deputy COO in Asia-Pacific for 3 years as well as establishing and managing the group's Australia / China Business Group in 2005. Currently Rick is the Chief Operating Officer at Wallace Bishop and holds several non-executive chairman and director roles.

Ross Leonard Stiles

Ross has been involved in the property and financial services industry for more than 40 years, including executive positions with Perpetual (Queensland) Trustees, Burns Philp Trustee Company, where he was Queensland Manager, and ANZ Funds Management. Ross can be credited as a key part of Cromwell Corporation Limited's founding in 1998. He was the company's founding partner and Managing Director until 2008, during which time Cromwell grew into an ASX top 200 company and one of Australia's largest Real Estate Investment Trusts. Cromwell now owns and manages in excess of $AUD11.5 billion in property assets in Australia and internationally and has a market cap in excess of $AUD2 billion. In 1999 Cromwell established and operated the Cromwell Mortgage Trust and Cromwell Select Income Fund, both of which offered mortgage loans secured against real property in Australia. Ross was a member of the Credit Committee for these Trusts, was a member of the Investment Committee for Cromwell, and was Compliance Director for the Cromwell Group of companies. Since 2018 Ross has been independent non-executive chairman of CFMG Capital and CFMG Land, an investment manager in residential, retail and commercial property markets, and one of Queensland's largest residential land developers, with a range of projects completed in Victoria, NSW, and Queensland. He has also developed residential and industrial projects in his own right. Ross holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services. He occupies the position of Executive Director, sits on both the Credit and Investment Committees and is responsible for corporate compliance.
