There are two main asset classes we focus on within the franchise market, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) portfolios and Hotels. We focus on these asset classes because often there is a real estate component to the investment and when investing in the operator there is often a higher annual cash flow yield than compared to traditional real estate.
