Esteban Piza

Esteban is an Architect graduated from the National University of Colombia. Esteban holds a masters in construction technology and construction management along with a vast experience in the areas of urban development and institutional infrastructure design. Through his years of working for the planning and urban design department in Bogota, Colombia, he has integrated diverse concepts related to philosophy, sociology, and the natural sciences into his discourse, producing coherent designs that work at any scale. Esteban's skills include a vast array of 3D modeling software and drafting. He is also very well-versed in planning and management, ordering, and relocation of urban spaces, with more than ten years of experience in managing and supervising contracts related to design and construction for the City of Bogota. Accurate and precise, Esteban can generate technically challenging projects while creating spaces that speak to the soul and core of human emotion. He is also a Co-founder of The elastic Mind Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing innovative educational programs to impoverished kids in the outskirts of Bogotá.

Fania Castro - CEO, Founder

Fania is an idea generator, passionate, and determined to execute concepts flawlessly. More than 20 years of experience in the fields of design, advertising marketing, visual production, and conceptualization allowed her to develop a binding capacity to manage every aspect of a multidisciplinary architectural and interior design project creating and maintaining strategic collaborations between artists and managers. Fania holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the National University of Colombia and a bachelor's in graphic design. She also has extensive experience manipulating, creating, and transforming 3d concepts and ideas in unique spaces. Since a very young age, Fania has been involved in fine art painting and illustration. Through her year's painting, she has developed a style that captures complex stories using intricate detailing that relies on a heavy symbolic background. Her work has been on display in selected galleries around Miami and Colombia. In 2010 she cofounded The Elastic Mind Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating children through art, science, and technology. Her many trips to Bogotá have encouraged kids to explore art as a healing tool through a series of programs dedicated to awakening the mind and the spirit of disenfranchised youth.

Simon Mayeur

Simon's extensive experience in the hospitality industry brings an in-depth understanding of the production and logistics systems implemented in all kinds of organizations. Having worked with top hospitality and hotel firms around the globe, Simon understands the logistics behind the service process and the design needs behind all types of institutional projects to a granular level. Simon holds a Management des Unités Commerciales à CESE Metz (France) and is behind managing multiple projects, including multifamily unit management and design. He is also an avid explorer and multicultural ambassador.
