Guernsey Ostergard was established in 1959 by Jim Guernsey, a Navy ship painting foreman and Donald Ostergard in Ballard. In 1987, Ron Ostergard took over the business and ran the company till his retirement in 2019. The company is now owned by a new group of construction leaders...
