Abdülkadir Güzeloğlu, a partner at Güzeloğlu Attorneys at law, is an internationally trained lawyer specialized in international arbitration proceedings involving commercial, investment and sports disputes.
He holds an LL.M. degree in International Contracts and Arbitration from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland where he graduated with high distinction. He pursued academic studies in relation to commercial and investment arbitration as well as sports justice system in Turkey. Currently, he is a Ph.D. Candidate at University of Neuchatel in Sports Law and Arbitration.
In 2016, he completed Kadir Has University Sports Law and Management program with success where he was awarded with full scholarship due to his achievement in the entry examination, obtaining the highest score.
He advises his clients on their international transactions and drafts comprehensive commercial contracts. Moreover, by virtue of his expertise in international arbitration, he represents his clients in disputes primarily in connection with construction works, investment and cross-border trade taking place in different parts of the world.
He provides legal consultancy services both for Turkish and international clients, ranging from local businesses to multinational companies and diplomatic missions.

Fatma Esra Güzeloğlu focuses on international business law. She advises her clients on transactions involving international sale of goods, joint-ventures and distributorships; works for the effective protection of intellectual property rights and provides legal compliance assistance, particularly in the area of competition law.
She holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland in the area of International Contracts and Arbitration where she graduated with the highest academic distinction. She pursued academic studies in relation to international sales law, comparing different rules of various jurisdictions to those of Vienna Sales Convention.
In addition to her expertise in international contract law, she represents her clients in their cross-border disputes by means of international arbitration as well as litigation.
She is a member of Istanbul Bar Association and a trademark attorney registered at the Turkish Patent Institution.
She also practices in the area of international family law, assisting her clients in matters relating to divorce, custody of children, adoption, property settlement, international child abduction and recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions in Turkey.
Tarık Kurban is graduated from Istanbul University of Faculty of Law. He prepares extensive memoranda on matters concerning Corporate Law, Sports Law and Law of Obligations. He also concentrates on analysing effects of amendments and other developments in Turkish legislation with comprehensive explanatory notes. Mr. Kurban also leads projects of foreign investors that demand for a comparative law perspective with a sustainable perspective.
