In 2001, the present owner acquired the restaurant and continues in this tradition. His training and experience comes from Hanabishi, the restaurant his father opened in 1945. During this time he offered the residents of Tokyo a wide variety of Japanese dishes... Established in 1985. Kyushu Ramen opened in Van Nuys in 1985 with the goal of serving wholesome Japanese dishes in the San Fernando Valley... Hanabishi by Kyushu Ramen has been serving authentic ramen, sushi and Japanese homey foods in the SFV and LA for 30 years. We are known for our signature deluxe spicy miso ramen, which is carefully curated from three types of artisanal miso.
