Ben Hangartner - CEO, Founder

As a fourth-generation contractor, Founder and CEO Ben Hangartner's determination for excellence stems from those who have gone before him. Ben observed his father and grandfather in the construction business and ultimately realized that people do business with people they like, know, and trust. To that end, Ben immerses himself into every design, bid, build, and interior finish out. Ben is responsible for developing strategic objectives and overseeing the company's overall direction by implementing plans that align with our short-term and long-term goals. Company culture is vitally important to the success of our clients' projects, and it is Ben's mission to establish an environment that prioritizes culture more than growth.

Bruce Barclay - COO, President

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Bruce has 25 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction Industries. Specializing in the commercial, industrial, and manufacturing markets, Bruce oversees all construction operations including office and field operations, employee growth, policies and procedures development, land due-diligence, real estate entitlement, preconstruction services, contract negotiation, construction management, document control, subcontract management, quality control, scheduling and most importantly, safety. Bruce is well versed in multiple delivery methods and product types with an emphasis on Design-Build.

Mike Arne

With more than 25 years of real estate and construction experience, Mike leads the Preconstruction and Estimating team as Chief Revenue Officer and has an extensive background in design/build projects, conceptual estimating, preliminary budgeting as well as hard bid estimating. Mike is also involved early on guiding architectural, engineering and construction teams with means and methods to ensure the concept is constructable and affordable. His responsibilities extend through selection and administration of design consultants, city coordination, obtaining permits, maintaining a historical cost database, preparing presentation packages and coordinating subcontractor pricing.
