As first-generation Asian-Americans, we were raised with the values of humility and hard work, demonstrated by our immigrant parents. With the goal of extending their legacy and making our own, we created HEDB Capital in 2018 to invest in value-add real estate. Starting with single-family homes in the Midwest, we are expanding our operations to value-add multifamily investments in the Southwestern United States... With military, business and law enforcement backgrounds, we execute our investments with discipline and data-driven analysis. We are disciplined in our due diligence and operations to ensure we invest in the right investments and meet our target returns... We provide investors exposure to an alternative asset class with attractive returns. We personally invest in all of our investments because we believe in our methodology and have confidence in our ability to execute.
