Brett Strassel joined Hedrick Brothers Construction in February of 2013 as a Project Manager and has steadily advanced his career to Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, Vice President of Commercial Operations, and in 2022 became President of the company's Commercial Division. Brett led the vision to expand our the company's growth into the Space Coast and opened the Melbourne office in 2020.
A seasoned project executive with 25 years of commercial construction industry experience in the southeast United States, Brett's project experience includes aerospace and industrial manufacturing facilities; clubhouses, hotels and hospitality projects; K-12 education campuses; university academic and student housing; professional offices; and general commercial projects. He is highly skilled in preconstruction and estimating, contract negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, site logistics, and fast-track project delivery.
A State of Florida Certified General Contractor and alumni of Palm Beach Atlantic University, Brett is the past President of the AGC Florida East Coast Chapter and Board Member of the Economic Development Commission of Florida's Space Coast.
has named Burk Hedrick to President of Development. Burk has over 15 years of experience in construction and real estate development projects totaling over 7,000 units throughout the State of Florida. He has held prior roles with The Aventon Companies and Bainbridge Companies. Burk will be based in the company's Orlando office with a focus on multifamily, office and industrial development as an owner/developer. He earned a bachelor's degree in Building Construction with a minor in Business Administration and a master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He maintains licenses as a Certified General Contractor and Real Estate Broker.
Christine Corrigan joined Hedrick Brothers Construction in 2000 and has been instrumental in building the company's brand and reputation through strategic marketing and business development initiatives. As Director of Marketing, Christine oversees the in-house marketing and proposal team, works in collaboration with the business development team, and is responsible for internal and external corporate marketing. She attended Fordham University and is a long-term member of Society of Marketing Professional Services, South Florida Chapter.

Dale R. Hedrick is the CEO of Hedrick Brothers Construction, a privately owned company he founded in 1979. Headquartered in West Palm Beach, with offices in Melbourne and Pompano Beach, team members provide professional project management, quality craftsmanship and uncompromising service with a range of expertise and experience in preconstruction, construction management, design-build, general contracting, virtual design & construction, safety, and sustainable construction. The company serves the public and private sectors in Florida encompassing commercial, aerospace, multifamily, senior living, auto dealerships, clubhouses, municipal, education, and university student housing markets, commercial real estate development, and a dedicated division for luxury residential and equestrian estate clients. Hedrick is also the President of Pembroke Student Housing and co-founder and president of Hedrick Kirco Properties, a Florida-based vertically integrated commercial real estate company.

Dale R. Hedrick was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building and Construction from the M. E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction at the University of Florida. Dale is a member of Family Church, Downtown. He has been married to Cathleen Burk for 33 years, they have three sons, and reside in West Palm Beach.

Eric Engstrom joined the Hedrick Brothers Construction team in 2011 with extensive experience in the accounting and construction industries in Palm Beach County. As CFO, Eric Engstrom is responsible for the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Safety, and Information Technology departments, as well as general business matters, management of all insurance lines including Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Property & Casualty, Health and related, Employers Liability, and the company's bonding and banking relationships. As CFO of the privately held Hedrick Brothers Construction, Eric is also responsible for overseeing the financial and business-related matters including general accounting, contracts and operations for additional companies owned by the founder of Hedrick Brothers Construction. The companies are in various industries including commercial rentals, vacant land, and energy-efficient products.

Gene Parker joined Hedrick Brothers Construction in 1983 as a general superintendent and has advanced his career to COO and President of the Luxury Residential Division and Corporate Officer. For more than 38 years, he has overseen the development of hundreds of projects and has led the company's pursuit of total quality management and superior client satisfaction. Gene's hands-on approach includes executive-level project management for the renovation, restoration, and new construction of world-class luxury residential homes and condominiums, equestrian estates, country clubs, high-end retail boutiques, and commercial properties on Palm Beach.

Jack Ullrich has been building throughout South Florida for over 40 years. His expertise is in Construction Management Services for both the public and private sectors, including municipal, industrial, and commercial facilities, as well as university, college, and K-12 campuses. Jack has built seven LEED certified buildings in South Florida, and brings his experience in innovative and high-performance technologies to each project. Jack is past President of the AGC Florida East Coast Chapter.

Lisa Hendricks has over 30 years of experience in management and human resources. She has managed law firms in Washington D.C, Nashville TN, Lexington KY and Asheville NC which included roles as Legal Administrator and Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Lisa provided consulting services to a range of businesses through her own firm for over 10 years. She has been active in the communities where she has lived and served on several boards including National Association of Women Business Owners - Lexington Chapter as President, and President of the Kentucky Association of Legal Administrators. Lisa is a member of The Society of Human Resources Management Palm Beach County Chapter. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French from Georgetown College.

Nadine Costigan is the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Hedrick Brothers Construction. Ms. Costigan has more than 20 years of experience in high level administration support and human resources with various companies throughout Florida. She is active in the community as Board Member, Transformation Palm Beach County; Chair, UF BCN Clay Shoot; Chair 2021 Annual Clay Shoot, Member of Annual Fishing Tournament & Annual Golf Tournament Committees, President's Award (volunteer) 2015, 2018 & 2021 for Associated General Contractors Florida East Coast; Volunteer, University of Florida Rinker School Club Activities; and Participant, Habitat for Humanity Women's Build and Palm Beach County Food Bank CANstruction Build. Ms. Costigan received a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Patrick Painter joined the Hedrick Brothers Construction team in 2015 with extensive legal and business experience. He is the sole legal counsel for Hedrick Brothers Construction and manages all legal and general business matters for the company. Patrick actively participates in the management and operations of the company by, among other things, implementing company-wide business strategies aimed at eliminating risk, increasing revenues, and shaping the evolving company culture. Prior to joining Hedrick Brothers Construction, Patrick worked for North American Development Group and Broad and Cassel. His areas of expertise include construction law, real estate law, real estate transactions and development, land use and zoning, corporate and business law. Patrick is a member of the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Robin Lunsford has been building high-profile projects with Hedrick Brothers Construction since 1995. With more than 30 years of local experience, he has advanced his career from carpenter to Senior Project Manager to Senior Project Executive. Robin has invaluable knowledge of local conditions and costs, and vast experience in building and renovating historic, commercial, luxury residential and high-end retail projects. In 2007, he received the American Institute of Architects-Palm Beach Chapter Craftsman of the Year Award for his work on the historic restoration of the Palm Beach County 1916 Historic Courthouse and is a former board member of the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation.

Sean joined Hedrick Brothers Construction in 2017 with 20 years commercial construction experience leading preconstruction, business development and operations teams and as a partner of a large construction company in Northern California, Nevada and Wyoming. During his tenure with Hedrick Brothers Construction, Sean has strategically developed and expanded the Commercial Estimating and Preconstruction, Virtual Design and Construction, and the Marketing and Business Development teams. He also led the initiative to open an office in Pompano Beach to grow the Broward and Miami market.
