As Director of Sales, Michael manages advertising sales for Hilliary Media Groups radio networks and various daily and weekly publications. His responsibilities include general supervision of company sales people and national rep firms.

Tim's responsibilities include managing the Radio Oklahoma Ag Network, the Radio Oklahoma News and OK Energy Today properties. He oversees personnel, affiliate relations, sales, and network acquisition. Tim West is a native Oklahoman and is a pioneer in the radio network industry.
Tim's radio career began as a Salesman for the Oklahoma News Network/Oklahoma Agrinet and the Sooner Football Network in 1978. He moved up to GM of the networks and as a Vice President for Clear Channel Communications, became one of the first executives to bid and win out of state broadcast rights to Iowa State University. In addition to the Sooner and Iowa State programs, Tim added Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, University of 2022Tulsa and the New Orleans Saints of the NFL.
Tim also started the Radio Oklahoma Ag and News Network for Griffin Communications and managed it for 12 years. In 2017, he purchased the Radio Ag Network from Griffin Communications, and later sold it to Bob Funk Companies. In 2022 Hilliary Communications acquired the Radio Oklahoma Ag network from the Funk Companies, and in March of 2022, under Tim's leadership, Hilliary Media LLC added the Griffin radio products from them. Tim believes the last true radio stations are in rural Oklahoma and the Hilliary family of media properties are important to the daily lives of rural Oklahomans.
Tim is the recipient of the 2018 Arthur C Clarke Award, given to those who have advanced and shaped the radio network industry to what it is today.
