Teacup Cakes is a local cottage food bakery, serving primarily the Sugar Land and Missouri City parts of Southwest Houston. We specialize in celebration cakes, cupcakes, and macaroons. We pride ourselves in offering unique design ideas for our customers. We can take almost any item - antique dishes, vintage fabric, modern fashion, contemporary architecture, etc. - and create an inspired and personal confection for your next event. Superior taste and design are our priorities, and all of our desserts are entirely scratch-made with lots of love, eggs, butter, and sugar... Teacup Cakes was opened by Erica, a pastry chef who inherited her love of baking from her grandmother, mother, and her childhood hero, Martha Stewart. Erica earned an art degree from Kalamazoo College in Michigan, during which she spent a year abroad at art school in London, where she fell in love with British high tea culture.
