Inderpal Singh - Managing Director

Inderpal has more than 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, business innovation, product development, startups, investments, systems integration, and strategic marketing. He has worked with clients in financial services, technology and software, and is the Founder and Managing Director of Northshore Partners, a boutique management and technology consulting firm. Prior to Northshore, Inderpal worked to help shape management technology at the world's largest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives with HSBC North America and a Consultant with McKinsey & Company where he directed several key client engagements in the financial services and insurance sectors. He has also worked as a Program Manager at Microsoft, where he led the release of Microsoft Windows and Office product features. He holds an Honors B.Math in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo (Canada), and an MBA in Finance, Marketing and Technology from the Kellogg School of Management

Jason Henrichs

Jason has spent the last 20 years turning opportunities into scaleable organizations. He's founded companies, advised growing companies, built a venture capital firm and helped large organizations remake their business through product innovation, acquisition, investment and divestiture. He is a Venture Partner of Silver Ridge Advisors, and Managing Director of Kinetic Group. Jason previously helped found PerkStreet Financial, Britemoon, US Genomics and Rock Maple Ventures. He is an investor in Blacksmith Applications, Blueleaf, Currency Cloud, Fundly, Helpscout, Seahorse Biosciences and Zagster. He helped start Boston's Financial Entrepreneur Working (FEW) Group, FinTech MeetUp and FinTEx Chicago. Jason is a frequent speaker on leadership, building effective organizations and financial innovation. Before joining the world of early stage ventures, Jason was a strategy consultant at Monitor Company, where he specialized in strategy design and industry restructuring, and project engineer for Deluxe Corporation where he participated in the redesign of the company's core manufacturing process and the development of systems to exploit new business opportunities. Notable companies Jason has worked with and/or sat on the boards of include Brightmoon (acquired by ClickTactics), BlackDrumm, Blacksmith Applications, Blueleaf, Currency Cloud, First Marblehead (NYSE: FMD), Fundly, Help Scout, Impact Engine, Judy's Book, Seahorse Biosciences, Techstars, LookStat, LocaModa (acquired by MonsterMedia), Memento Security (acquired by FIS), Morphotek (acquired by Eisai Pharmaceuticals), Versamed (acquired by General Electric) and Zagster. He is also the past President of the Massachusetts's Service Alliance and advisor to City Year. Jason began his education in leadership and engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point and completed studies at Harvard University graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Sciences. In his free time, Jason can be found searching for the perfect wave, running even in the harshest of conditions, or undertaking some form of home improvement project.
