Latika Khanduja is the founder and Director of IPloea. She has more than a decade of experience in the Intellectual Property industry. Previously, she was working with leading IP firms such as Evalueserve and Clairvolex since 2010. She is a functional expert in patent drafting and prosecution, search and analytics. Over the past 10 years, she has worked directly with IP attorneys and patent engineers of some of the Fortune 500 Companies in various domains such as electronics and telecommunication, electrical, mechanical, automotive, home appliances, semiconductors and business solutions. Latika is a registered Indian patent agent (Registration Number: IN/PA-3537) and has a Graduation degree in Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation. Latika is passionate about IP and helping firms in protecting their innovation and managing their patent portfolio. In addition, she wants to educate Indian students and start-ups on the importance of IP and taking IP from India to the global level.

Pankaj Chandna is the Head of Sales & Marketing and Senior Consultant of IPloea. Pankaj has more than 15 years of corporate experience, including operations, strategy and sales & marketing. He has extensive experience of supporting and establishing start-ups in India. His strength is his ability to create a strong bond with the clients and to ensure honest and transparent communication with them. As the Head of Sales & Marketing and Senior Consultant in IPloea, Pankaj helps expand the global footprint of the company and leads the strategic decisions for the company's expansion. Pankaj earned his MBA at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM Lucknow) and has a Graduate Degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT - Kurukshetra).
