FHQ DEVELOPMENTS

The File Hills Qu'Appelle Tribal Council (FHQTC) has been developing opportunities for, and delivering programs and services to, its 11 Member First Nations since 1970. Over more than half a century of operations, FHQTC has earned a reputation for successful partnership and economic development, and built a legacy for the creation of Indigenous institutions that result in pathways for positive change.
