KEENE LEARNING

Founded in October 2012, KELIC is short for Keene Learning and Information Center and we are incorporated as KELIC Education Consult to provide educational services. Also, the Federal Capital Education Secretariat, Department of Mass Education, regulate all Adult and Non-Formal programs at KELIC. We focus on mentoring students, and other community members, to identify issues of Education, the Environment and Health for their projects... At KELIC, we have positioned ourselves to face the challenges of the 21 st century through educational mentoring. As an educational community, we are well aware that conventional classroom teaching and schooling leave gaps that cripple productivity in young people, especially where poverty has deep roots. So KELIC focuses on Education beyond enrolment, retention and completion of high school to as far as providing specific necessary support for mentees to build confidence to face the future.
