Mr. Rarden joins Kirtland FCU after serving as Chief Operating Officer at Premier Members Credit Union in Boulder, CO since 2014. Prior to leading operations at PMCU, Mr. Rarden worked with Fortune 100 company IBM and Fortune 500 companies Convergys and Wells Fargo. He also has extensive experience serving on Premier Members Credit Union's Board of Directors. New Mexico was a draw for Mr. Rarden, whose home state of Colorado has a lot in common with its southern neighbor. But there are key differences that presented an allure for Kirtland FCU's new leader.
