Our goal is investment for the long term. We purchase solid properties, renovate, carefully select tenants, and continually develop the property which builds equity and leverage. That is our model. That is what we do... Since that first little flip, we have purchased and managed multiple properties in several states. We are amazed at how God has provided such that now we have a portfolio of properties even while earning very little in our 'day job'. This strategy allows us to pursue our passion of serving others, while not sacrficing our financial security and future plans... We ensure our tenants are happy and comfortable. We continue to upgrade the properties and provide certain extras that make life great. Then, we leverage the equity to purchase additional properties and repeat the process.
