Our mission is to unite and empower all people living with mental health, addiction, and co-occurring conditions and their allies to advocate for comprehensive, equitable, and recovery-oriented public policy... We are Connecticut's only mental health advocacy coalition for and by people with lived experience. We use this experience to advocate for systems change, and expand the rights of people with mental health conditions... We are a community. KTP is a grassroots group of advocates with lived experience, working to ensure that a comprehensive & compassionate mental health system is provided for people of all ages and needs.
