Labucon Resources (Pty) Ltd was established and registered in 2003 as a BEE Civil Engineering Company where 100% of the shares belonged to historically disadvantaged individuals with regards to race, gender and disability. The current directors are Solomon Mthimunye and Paul Labuschagne... The workforce of Labucon is competent with an immeasurable pool of knowledge, abilities and skills amongst them... Since 2003, Labucon has developed from an idea and dream regarding the empowerment of former LKV employees to a strong, successful and well established civil engineering company, with currently more than 500 full time employees on their payroll.
