LA CATRINA

"La Catrina" is a Mexican food restaurant located in Canton, Ellijay, Ball Ground, and Jasper, Georgia, United States. La Catrina seeks to preserve the language of Mexican culture not only with food but also with a fresh, modern graphic identity with a touch of neighborhood and colloquial Mexico... La Catrina is a 1910-1913 creation by the Mexican printmaker, cartoon illustrator and lithographer José Guadalupe Posada. La Catrina has become an icon of the Mexican Día de Muertos, or Day of the Dead.
