Dr Akanimo Odon holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Rehabilitation, a PhD in Environmental Management from Lancaster University, UK and business and enterprise certifications and fellowships from Cambridge University UK, Stanford University USA and MIT USA. He specializes in cross-border education and innovations in research and is an expert in navigating, developing and managing relationships between academia, government and industry in Africa for economic viability, research impact and student employability. He is currently Africa Strategy Adviser for Lancaster University and the African Regional Adviser for the University of London. He recently founded Flexy-Learn (www.flexylearn.com), a one-stop online shop for distance learning provision for Africa. He is also the creator of the UK Certified Careers Enhancement Programme Online, one of the most comprehensive career programmes in Africa. He is also the creator of the Programme for the Internationalization of Education (PIE), an international initiative designed to increase the international impact of education in Africa.

She is a published author, Master Executive and Relationship Coach/Trainer, as well as a Master Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP Practitioner).An exceptional relationship builder and a strategic problem-solver. She is experienced in negotiating, mediating, bringing reconciliation and peace in organizations at a personal and corporate level to gain buy-in and commitment to action. Ms Barlow is a seasoned international education professional with over 30 years industry and education experience. Her passion for education is tangible to all who meet her, and her commitment to improving outcomes for young people, remains at the heart of everything she does. Carol is mother to her adult son, James; but mother and mentor to so many others. As the CEO and Executive Consultant of CEBAR Consultancy and Training Services Limited, she has travelled extensively, from the UK to Africa and beyond. Her passion for Africa has its roots in her ancestry, and she epitomizes all that is noble in the African woman. Carol is adventurous, compassionate and dedicated to helping young Africans connect with their destinies by utilizing their innate talents. Carol first came to Nigeria in 2008 and has visited several times since, delivering training to teachers and school leaders/owners. She has also co-hosted school leaders from Nigeria at workshops held in the UK. She has been working as a consultant across Africa on a more permanent basis for the past five years, working with leaders and managers on school improvement, raising standards, international accreditation and training. Her company has several seasoned practitioners, both here and in the UK that adds to the portfolio of services her company can offer. Although her passion is for education, Carol has also been involved with corporate strategic leadership training for private and public institutions. In her spare time, Carol enjoys travelling extensively and immersing herself in history and culture. She loves photography and music and is at her most relaxed when enjoying the natural environment. Carol is a highly qualified practitioner, graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism. She later went on to the University of Huddersfield in the North East of England to complete her Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Business and Economics). A French National, Nicholas Paillart is Chief Executive Office of Liberte Holdings, a Dubai based investment fund focusing on disruptive technology and infrastructure. Nicholas carries with him 20 years of professional and personal experience across Europe, South East Asia, South Asia and the Middle East. Nicholas is also Delegate General of the French Souvenir in the United Arab Emirates, an organisation which celebrates and transfers to the next generations, the history and culture of France. A humanitarian at heart, Nicholas is co-founder of Sewing Hope, an International Humanitarian Foundation who's objective is to empower refugee and vulnerable through local and traditional artisanship. The initial program started in Erbil in Iraqi Kurdistan and today includes a centre in Armenia, with a second center in the making. Nicholas is a Political Science graduate from the National University of Singapore.
