Lakeshore Heating & Sheet Metal, LLC was established in 1993 by Dale Zipperer who has since continued to own and operate it. He started his own heating company with a partner in 1979, before venturing off and becoming the sole business owener to Lakeshore Heating. Dale began in the HVAC industry by working for his grandfather. He found his passion for the HVAC industry and made the home comfort needs of his community his top priority. Being a small company, we pride ourselves on treating our customers like family. Delivering exceptional work is our main goal.
