Chef William is from Saranac Lake and has worked under some of the most prestigious chefs in our area, including David Cunningham, Christopher Bellanka, Justin Hoyt, and Nicky Berrachough. William first started in kitchens in 1999, and has worked at Bitter & Bones, Brown's Market Bistro, The Point, and Top of the Park, before coming to Stagecoach Inn.
He continues to live in Saranac Lake and enjoys growing fresh herbs that he often incorporates into his recipes.
