The vision of Leading Blue is to have a transformative impact on law enforcement by providing high-quality training on the modern-day tenets of leadership and the possibilities that come with ideas and an unwavering commitment to excellence... Our first offering, High-Performance Leadership, was very warmly received by law enforcement professionals of all ranks. The one-day program focuses on the critical leadership concepts most needed in law enforcement. Additional offerings will be announced later this year...
