Letting Genie is a family-run letting and property management business covering Milton Keynes, Bedford and Rushden. We are dedicated to delivering high quality service and support to property owners, landlords and tenants. The day to day letting and management and property concierge services are all run by Director, Vikram Daws... Letting Genie started in 2011, the year the property Ombudsman reported a 26% increase in complaints about letting agents. At the time letting and property management wasn't as well regulated as it is today, but we wanted to make a difference by providing a truly personal and professional service... We are specialists in managing property portfolios that have fallen into receivership. We manage the transfer of the property through the administration process, ensuring that the properties and tenancies are legally compliant, and maintain effective and timely communication with the tenants and administrators.
