LIBERTY MATTERS GROUP (LMG): We are new at advocating for civil rights, and are not here trying to achieve the goals of chasing awards, or presenting any fake news, but to present facts and rely on those facts that relate to our cause. LMG was formed, based on a person contacting a friend, claiming they were being held in a mental health civil commitment program, without a mental disorder as the statute mandates, to meet the requirements to be held under the civil commitment. And they were giving up on the fight for freedom, because the courts were failing to follow the law. Upon that friend researching the allegations, each claim ultimately turned out to be true, verified by means of court records, and all claims were inconsistent with case law.
