The LGBTQ+ Professionals in Football Collective has been built by a working group of people from across the game who are in professional or semi-pro roles, such as players, coaches, match officials, executives, and ED&I experts... Taking a united approach, we are a network group that is helping to create an environment in which football is an industry of choice for, and is representative of, the LGBTQ+ community.
