LIFE IN MOTION GYM

Existing gyms do not have the equipment necessary to assist these clients. We provide a gym environment with equipment and accessibility necessary for these populations to succeed... We offer a variety of class options that include strength training, cardio, chair yoga and pilates, balance, boxing, and more! Our instructors are great at modifying the exercises to your level or suggesting another option if needed. The community and support in our group classes have been so wonderful to see, and are what keeps everyone motivated!... Backed by physical therapy expertise, we provide fitness services that are accessible for all abilities, neurological diagnoses and the aging population.
