Our philosophy is to make the wines we consider that show a place in particular vintage, making a yearly challenge without loosing the joy... We have worked in big wineries, we consult wineries, so we know what it feels like rushing to obtain results to satisfy markets. Making wine is a lifestyle for us, we enjoy it, we respect the environment, we produce the wines we like. Selling is just a consecuence of being really us... We believe a machine can´t look at each vine, each bunch and interpretate the care they need, human being do. Vines works for us 360, 24×7, they need our care. We also give importance to "whole bunch" technic as well.
